About the Team

Beth Herndon

Beth has an extensive track record of facilitating change efforts at the individual, team and organization level and aligning human capital systems to support individual and organizational success.  She is known for her creativity and group facilitation skills. 
 
Beth’s expertise includes training design, career coaching, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, team effectiveness, on-boarding, performance management, and people strategy for mergers, start-ups and organizational restructure.
 
Her career in Talent and Organizational Development has included 12 years with Accenture in Chicago and six years with EarthLink in Atlanta. Concurrent with her EarthLink OD role, she served for two+ years each as Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of HR for M&A.  During her career she has worked on projects in 10 countries, created 200+ training programs and lead numerous projects to help clients increase employee engagement and leadership and team effectiveness. 
 
Beth has an M.A. in Communication and Leadership Development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and B.A. in Speech Communication from Wesleyan College.  Beth inspires her creative energy by playing the trombone and drums in a community jazz band.

Linda Crews

Linda Crews started her corporate career in the software industry, at Dunn and Bradstreet Software (DBS).  Linda quickly developed an expertise in Sales Consulting and Marketing, Instructional Design, and Training. She has facilitated educational and sales presentations to men and women from entry level payroll clerks to EVPs with hundreds of organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. For the past six years, Linda has worked as the Director of Operations and Staff Director for Shaunti Feldhahn, assisting in the research, launch and publicity phases of seven research studies and book releases since 2005. Linda has a unique role as a certified Gender Matters Trainer due to her participation with Shaunti in every writing phase of The Male Factor - from research study and interviews to training program development and delivery. Linda lives in Atlanta with her husband Don, and is thoroughly enjoying her recent status as an empty-nester. 

Melinda Weedon

Melinda Weedon is a certified trainer on Gender Matters for Human Factor Resources. She spent eight years as a trainer and regional vice president for an international health and wellness company where Melinda specialized in training time management techniques, overcoming obstacles and effective speech and presentation skills. Melinda is a Certified Leadership Coach with The Life Coach Institute, and she has a background in public relations, events management and marketing. 

Melinda and her husband, Kyle, live in Texas with their two children.

Ann Browne

A seasoned corporate leader, Ann’s career has spanned Clinical Strategist, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, and Principal in the Healthcare, Public Sector and Technology industries. Ann brings her passion for mentoring and experience as Professor of Graduate Studies at the Mercer University Stetson School of Business to The Human Factor Resources. Among her current projects, Ann supports the fight against hunger and is serving on the board of her local Food Bank.
