Our Story

Since the launch of  her book, The Male Factor on the Today Show, Shaunti Feldhahn co-founded Human Factor Resources with long-time friend and business associate, Ann Browne, to bring added resources beyond the book. The program design called, Gender Matters, is based on the research findings in Shaunti Feldhahn's book, The Male Factor:The Unwritten Rules, Misperceptions, and Secret Beliefs of Men in the Workplace.   We have been working with corporations, private groups, women’s leadership programs and forums, and individuals with the mission to help advance women in the workplace by increasing their power to be more influential and relate more effectively with the business men in their work environment.  A sample of Shaunti's keynote clips are availableon the speaking page and our services and modules will provide a glimpse of our content.
